Shipping information

CANADA: All helmets are shipped same day out for 10.00. While ordering a helmet you can also add visors (shields) and other accessories that you see posted.

We use FedEx Ground for all shippments. If you provide your e-mail address you will get automatic e-mail from FedEx with tracking numbers and shipping details.

USA: FedEx delivery to USA is 10.00! This offer is good for Continental USA excluding Alaska. There is no other taxes or fees. While ordering helmet you can add shields or other small accessories. If you provide your e-mail address you will get automatic e-mail from FedEx with tracking numbers and shipping details.

WORLD: We use FedEx, TNT or DHL for Worldwide delivery. Please ask for quote. Delivery price varies from country to country. Generally speaking delivery to UK and Western Europe is quite affordable. Add shield at no extra shipping cost!

PACKAGING: Helmets are shipped brand new with all parts that belong to the helmet set. We are using outside shipping cardboard boxes so original display box doesn't get damaged, written on, no stickers or shipping windows. Simple brown box also hides what is inside.

First time use

Helmet you order will come brand new in factory packaging. We don't sell used products and never will. First thing you will want to do is to put it on and tie the strap WITHOUT REMOVING OR DISTURBING ANY OTHER PARTS like decals, tags, visor protective film. Anything at all. Now you should walk around the room, verify that helmet is not too big (loose) or too small (squezzing and pressuring your head). After few minutes like that, satisfied with results, you can remove packaging and protective films. Helmet is now yours!

SIZE EXCHANGE: In case you found helmet too big or too small call back and we will allow exchange for closest size bigger or smaller. You shall pack helmet back as it was originally packed, do not write on the original box, put display box into shipping carton and send it back  to same address where it came from. 

There is a flat exchange fee of:

• 40.00 USD (USA)

that partially covers new helmet shippment back to you.
